Toulouse and Paris, France

I would like to use the following two quotes as the reflection of what I wish to show through my images, or at least, to try to get closer to it.

The first one from Robert Doisneau:

“I refuse to show the dark side of life. I do not like wretchedness ... that hurts me, physically.
However, a little bit of melancholy, some emotion, these are maybe unimportant values ... but they are the ones which move me the most.”

And a second one from Walker Evans, quoted in “Art in America” review:

“The secret of photography is, the camera takes on the character and the personality of the handler.”
